Clean air during mold material preparation protects personnel
During mold material preparation, carcinogenic quartz dusts are created at various processing stages, which must be extracted and reliably separated.
Whether during emptying, sand transport via conveyor belts, lump crushing, magnetic separation, or at the bucket elevator or sand cooler and mixer - sources of emission must be extracted reliably using suitable capturing units.
Sturdy and energy efficient dry separator
Dry separators of the JET-SET series are optimally suitable for abrasive quartz dusts since their filter elements are larger, more flexible and robust.
As an alternative, PT-filters can be used with pre-separators which are also characterized by their energy-efficient, low filter resistance.
